What to do about a Bad Hair Day?

Lord knows we have all had an experience at one time or another in our lives. We have all been there and yet sometimes we need a little reminder to keep things optimistic. Bad hair days can happen but I have noticed that they happen more when we are not using the right hair products for our hair type or scalp skin type. Not all products are structured with conditioning ingredients that keep wild hair fabulous looking. Sometimes we notice we danced all night and did not get enough sleep or our usual habits shifted and there are many factors that can contribute to a less than ideal coiffe. Some things that you can try that have worked for friends or for myself, over the years: See the opportunity as a time to explore hair accessories like a lovely acetate clip or a hat, Try a new style like an up do, See if your stylist to explore a new style, Refresh your hair with a hair mist or hair refiner, Try a hair mask and take the time to reboot your hair with products that are not harsh.
